When the team at MitreBox User Experience Design needed some help with the strategic research phase of their project for Astral Radio’s digital group, they asked me for help. I contributed to three key sections of their strategic research document:
Internal Stakeholder Survey
I reviewed the existing survey and drafted questions that would help Astral’s management to distinguish technical, design or organizational challenges. I also improved the questionnaire language and input methods so that respondents could save time and meaningful, data-driven reports could be generated more efficiently.
Digital Trends Summary
I reviewed and summarized numerous white-papers, articles and blogs which identified relevant digital and social media trends. Research was parsed for its relevance to the digital radio sector.
Competitive Analysis Audit & Report
I completed a comprehensive evaluation and summary of 15 competitor’s web, mobile and social media presence.This report helped to identify opportunities while expanding Astral’s domain knowledge so they could make updates to their technology platforms and improvements to their digital media content.
